These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services provided by Dream Cloud Club LLC (“Dream Cloud”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including the Cloud Square platform and the Millie Mini educational AI assistant (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dream Cloud Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  1. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, users may be required to create an account.

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• ensuring that account information remains accurate
• all activity that occurs under their account

Dream Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. User Content

Some Dream Cloud Services allow users to create profiles, share information, post content, or interact with other users.

Users retain ownership of the content they create. However, by posting content on the platform, you grant Dream Cloud a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and make the content available within the Services.

Users are responsible for the content they publish.

  1. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Services to:

• engage in illegal activity
• harass, threaten, or harm other users
• distribute spam or deceptive content
• impersonate other individuals or organizations
• upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt platform operations

Dream Cloud reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

  1. Community and Event Participation

Certain services, including Cloud Square, may allow users to organize or participate in social events, meetings, or community gatherings.

Dream Cloud does not organize, supervise, or control these events. Participation in any event arranged through the platform is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.

Dream Cloud is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or safety of individuals participating in such activities.

  1. Artificial Intelligence Features

Some Dream Cloud Services use artificial intelligence technologies to generate informational responses, lessons, games, or other interactive content.

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

Users are responsible for how they interpret and use information generated by AI systems.

  1. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Dream Cloud may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without prior notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Cloud Club LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services.

This includes damages arising from user interactions, third-party content, or reliance on AI-generated responses.

  1. Termination

Dream Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose risks to the platform or its users.

Users may also stop using the Services at any time.

  1. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
