ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all Dream Cloud services, platforms, applications, marketplaces, educational systems, AI tools, and community features, including Cloud Square, Dream Cloud Market, Bubble AI systems, Tutor LMS educational services, and Millie Mini applications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, users agree to comply with this policy.

Community Standards

Dream Cloud is intended to support constructive community participation, education, commerce, collaboration, and communication. Users are expected to interact respectfully and responsibly while using the Services.

Users may not use the Services to engage in conduct that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, harmful, or disruptive to the platform or its users.

Restricted Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

• harassment, intimidation, threats, stalking, or abuse
• fraudulent activity, scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices
• distribution of spam, malicious software, or attempts to compromise platform security
• infringement of intellectual property or other legal rights
• unauthorized collection of personal information or user data
• interference with platform functionality, systems, or operations
• use of the Services for unlawful or unauthorized commercial activity
• attempts to evade moderation, enforcement actions, or account restrictions

Content Standards

Users may not post, upload, distribute, or transmit content that:

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative
• promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or criminal activity
• contains graphic abuse, threats, or harmful conduct
• violates applicable laws or the rights of others
• contains misleading, fraudulent, or intentionally deceptive information
• is intended to exploit, manipulate, or harm other users

Dream Cloud reserves the right to determine whether content violates platform standards.

Marketplace and Vendor Activity

Users participating in marketplace or vendor features are responsible for their own products, services, listings, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, customer communications, permits, licenses, and legal compliance.

Vendors may not sell prohibited, counterfeit, dangerous, illegal, infringing, or misleading products or services through the platform.

Dream Cloud reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, or remove vendor accounts, storefronts, products, or listings at its discretion.

Educational Services and User-Generated Learning Content

Some Services may include courses, workshops, educational programs, tutorials, or user-generated instructional content.

Course creators, instructors, and contributors are solely responsible for the educational content they publish. Users may not upload infringing, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful educational materials.

Dream Cloud does not guarantee educational outcomes, certifications, employment opportunities, or professional qualifications resulting from use of educational content or services.

Artificial Intelligence Systems

Certain Services may include artificial intelligence systems, automation tools, or AI-generated outputs.

Users may not use AI systems to generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.

AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.

Child Safety

Dream Cloud maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation, abuse, or predatory behavior.

Users may not use the Services to exploit, target, solicit, groom, or endanger minors in any way. Educational and community features intended for younger audiences must remain appropriate for general audiences.

Dream Cloud may report violations to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required.

Events and Real-World Interactions

Some Services may allow users to organize events, meetings, collaborations, marketplace transactions, or real-world interactions.

Dream Cloud does not supervise or control these activities and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, products, services, or interactions of users or third parties. Participation is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.

Moderation and Enforcement

Dream Cloud may review content, monitor platform activity, investigate reports, and take enforcement action to maintain platform integrity and user safety.

Violations of this policy may result in:

• content removal
• restricted platform access
• temporary suspension
• permanent account termination
• removal of marketplace or educational privileges
• reporting to legal authorities where appropriate

Dream Cloud reserves the right to take action without prior notice when necessary to protect users, the platform, or the public.
