ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION POLICY

Dream Cloud Club LLC (“Dream Cloud”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects users’ rights to control their personal information.

This policy explains how users of Dream Cloud services, including Cloud Square and Millie Mini, may delete their account and associated data.


Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Dream Cloud account and associated personal data at any time.

Account deletion may be initiated directly within the application (where available) or by contacting:

info@dreamcloudclub.org

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process the request.


Processing of Deletion Requests

Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification of the request.

Upon deletion:

• the user account will be permanently removed
• profile information and personal data will be deleted
• user-generated content may be removed or anonymized


Data Retention Exceptions

Certain limited information may be retained where necessary for:

• legal or regulatory compliance
• fraud prevention and abuse detection
• system security and integrity

Any retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.


Third-Party Services

Dream Cloud may use third-party service providers (such as hosting, authentication, or infrastructure services). Where applicable, data associated with a deleted account will also be removed from these systems in accordance with their respective data handling practices.


Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, access to the account and associated data will no longer be available.
