ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION POLICY

Dream Cloud Club LLC (“Dream Cloud”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects the rights of users to control their personal information.
This page explains how users of Dream Cloud services, including Cloud Square and Millie Mini, may request deletion of their account and associated data.
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Dream Cloud account and associated personal data at any time.

Processing of Deletion Requests
Once a deletion request is received, Dream Cloud will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon deletion:
• the user account will be permanently removed
• profile information will be deleted
• user-generated content associated with the account may be removed or anonymized
Some limited information may be retained if required for:
• legal compliance
• fraud prevention
• system security
Third-Party Services
If Dream Cloud services rely on third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting or authentication services), associated data stored within those systems will also be removed in accordance with their data handling policies.
