AI Hotel Contests – Terms, Eligibility and Image Rights

By submitting an entry to any AI Hotel Contest hosted by Dream Cloud, participants confirm that they hold the minimum required balance of $DREAM COIN (as specified for each contest) in a verified wallet connected at the time of submission and during any public-voting period. Entries that do not meet or maintain this requirement may be disqualified at Dream Cloud’s discretion.

Participants grant Dream Cloud full and unrestricted rights to use their submitted work in any way and for any purpose. This license is perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable, and applies to all forms of media and distribution now known or later developed.

Dream Cloud may reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, distribute, sub-license, sell, or otherwise use submitted images, videos, text, or other creative materials without further notice or compensation to the creator. This includes use in digital and print publications, advertising, merchandise, exhibitions, AI-training datasets, educational content, promotional campaigns, and collaborative or commercial projects associated with Dream Cloud or its partners.

Entrants retain nominal ownership of their original work but transfer to Dream Cloud all rights necessary to freely edit, crop, remix, or combine their submissions with other content. To the extent permitted by law, participants waive any moral rights or rights of attribution that might limit Dream Cloud’s ability to modify or re-purpose the material.

By checking the acceptance box during submission, participants confirm that their entries are original, that they hold all rights required to grant this license, and that no third-party permissions are needed. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Cloud, its affiliates, and partners from any claims related to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property violations arising from their submissions.

Dream Cloud reserves the right to verify wallet holdings, disqualify any entry, or remove submissions at its sole discretion. Participation in any AI Hotel Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
