national community masterplan
build america
Build America is a nationwide open-source development initiative, bringing together urban planners, architects, developers, manufacturers, engineers, suppliers, tradesmen, investors, and community leaders to transform American communities in all 50 states.
Each month the Build America (traveling trade show) sets up in a designated state, allowing our program to continuously organize and deploy local development strategies, while establishing a united national network of resources and personnel.
Our mission is to unite proactive leaders from every corner of the economy. From real estate and construction to technology and manufacturing, we are assembling a coalition of community driven builders, to mass produce high impact projects across the country.
build america tour
traveling trade show
The Build America Tour is a live exhibition of emerging technologies, innovative building systems, and sustainable design solutions. Exhibitors present their work alongside prototypes, live demonstrations, and technical displays, grouped by sector: housing, transportation, automation, and infrastructure to make it easy for attendees to connect with the right partners and resources.
It’s a place to exchange ideas, explore new tools, and see technology in action. Project teams share detailed concepts with drawings, cost models, and implementation timelines, while equipment and technology developers demonstrate solutions ready for deployment.
The event also inspires the next generation to join the innovation community, giving people the chance to discover new ideas, connect with collaborators, and leave motivated to start their own project, knowing they can return as a contributor in the future.
community organizing
urban planning
Urban planning is the foundation of every successful Build America project. This is where community organizing experts work to improve land use, zoning, transportation, and community needs into a single, actionable plan. By starting here, we ensure that every project is strategically located, designed for long-term sustainability, and capable of integrating housing, commerce, infrastructure, and public spaces in a way that benefits the entire community.
From here, architects, developers, manufacturers, and builders can slot in their expertise with a clear, shared vision in place. This approach allows each state’s projects to be cohesive, scalable, and ready to connect seamlessly with other initiatives across the country.
building sustainable cities
community development
Development is where ideas move from the planning stage to actionable, fully resourced projects. This phase brings together architects, engineers, developers, construction teams, and community members to coordinate every element, from securing investments and financing to finalizing build schedules and sourcing materials.
By aligning all key players early, we ensure that designs are community focused, spaces are affordable, and finished projects improve life for local residents. Every discipline works in tandem, guided by a unified vision, so that housing, commercial, and infrastructure projects can be delivered efficiently and with purpose.
With development teams working from a shared open-source masterplan, communities gain access to proven strategies, emerging technologies, and an entire network of experts ready to execute.
modern innovation
technology exhibit
Our technology exhibit brings together innovators from across software, hardware, and automation to showcase the next generation of electronic devices. This is where open-source platforms, AI systems, robotics, and advanced manufacturing tools are showcased side by side, giving attendees direct access to the breakthroughs redefining how we design, build, and operate our communities.
From data-driven urban planning software and AI-assisted design tools to autonomous construction robots and smart infrastructure networks, live demonstration demonstrate what is possible when cutting-edge ideas meet real-world application. Exhibitors include software developers, robotics engineers, automation specialists, and tech entrepreneurs presenting solutions ready to test their projects in real world environments.
More than a showcase, this is a meeting ground for partnerships. It’s where tech creators can connect with other companies, manufacturers, and investors, turning innovation into deployable solutions that deliver real impact.
local factory production
manufacturing
Manufacturers produce the parts and materials that make Build America projects possible. This includes factories producing modular building systems, precision components for robotics, structural steel, and other elements essential to housing, transportation, and infrastructure.
Working closely with technology partners, architects, and engineers, manufacturers deliver exactly what each project requires, efficiently, and with consistent quality. Automation, advanced materials, and sustainable production methods keep costs controlled while meeting demanding timelines.
A connected national manufacturing network ensures every Build America project has the resources to move from design to reality without delays.
connecting with residents
community feedback
Community involvement is at the heart of every Build America event. Residents, local officials, community leaders, and policy advocates are invited to attend events, share their ideas, and help guide development toward the needs of the people who live and work there.
These events give communities a direct voice in shaping housing, infrastructure, and public spaces. Attendees can review proposals, speak with project teams, and offer feedback that ensures developments are inclusive, sustainable, and beneficial to all.
By participating, community members also connect with the broader Build America network, gaining access to resources, workshops, and future opportunities to lead or support projects in their own neighborhoods.
retirement strategy
private investment
Build America offers a stable option for retirement savings by directing 401(k) investments into real projects such as housing, commercial, and local manufacturing. These assets generate steady returns while also strengthening local communities.
Americans hold nearly $9 trillion in 401(k) assets, most of it tied to Wall Street markets. Redirecting even a small share into Build America would move retirement money into community development, protecting savings while creating jobs and infrastructure nationwide.
social security
public investment
Build America proposes strengthening Social Security by investing individual contributions into community-focused projects. Funds would support housing, commercial, and industrial real estate projects that create long-term value for both retirees and local communities.
Instead of sitting idle, Social Security contributions could help build the infrastructure America needs while continuing to provide secure retirement benefits. This approach ties the future of the program directly to the growth of the nation.
